The learning time for each individual was brief because there was no new interface to be learnt. Our users simply send faxes from their familiar e-mail applications, that being Eudora, MS-Explorer or whatever. Also, because of GFI FAXmaker's integration with email, users can send a fax to somebody and send a copy by email to their colleague, or send the same message to a number of recipients whether they have fax or e-mail.
