MAINTENANCE RENEWALS

Important renewal notes for customers:

• Customers who purchased from an Authorized GFI Software Partner should contact their dealer to purchase their renewal
• Customers holding a valid Software Maintenance Agreement with a valid license key, will receive a notification to purchase Maintenance renewals from their Channel Partner or GFI before expiration depending on where the original license was purchased. If purchased through your channel, you will be contacted to renew from them. If you purchased directly with GFI, the notice will come from GFI
• Maintenance renewals can be purchased for 1, 2 or 3 years terms: with discounts provided for terms of 2 and 3 years
• A thirty (30) day grace period is given from the date of expiration of the Software Maintenance Agreement
• Customers with an expired Software Maintenance Agreement may be charged a back Maintenance fee.
